General Meeting Preliminary Dates
This former working commercial dock was purchased in 1996 for its total redevelopment to create over 260 houses and apartments together with a new marina. The scheme is now a very well established, successful and highly sought after waterside development in the west of England and is of great significance to the town of Exmouth
Exmouth Quay is located on the site of the former Exmouth Docks, a 5 minute walk from Exmouth Town Centre and the Railway Station.
The Quay Marina can be accessed by sea via the Exe Estuary and by road from the M5 junction 30 – follow the A376 to Exmouth, take Langerwehe Road into Shelly Reach and then Shelly Road.
